FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If my room block fills up can I add more rooms based on availability?
Yes, based on availability, we can potentially add more rooms to your block after it has filled. We will not be able to guarantee the same discounted rate will apply.
Do you offer discounts for Friday & Sunday weddings?
We do offer discounts for Friday & Sunday wedding in the year for the year. If booking outside of a year, let your Sales Manager know and we will look into any active promotions.
What is the deposit and what forms of payment do you accept?
The deposit is $5,000, non-refundable. We accept personal checks or credit cards for the deposit. We create a payment schedule based on the Food & Beverage Minimum & Rental. The final payment must be made with a cashier’s check or credit card.
What is the process to hold a date?
We are happy to place a date on a soft hold for 3 business days for our couples once they have come for a tour. If another event requests the date while on the soft hold, the couple will have 24 hours to decide if they want to move forward with the contract or release the date.
What is the ceremony fee and what does it include?
The ceremony fee is a flat fee of $2,000 and includes the following: white lawn chairs, set up and tear down, and an audiovisual package of a microphone and speaker.
Is a ceremony coordinator required?
Yes, we require an onsite contact for your ceremony.

Do you have Bridal Getting Ready Rooms?
Yes, each ballroom has a designated Bridal Room available for rental. The rental fee is $1,000 + Service & Tax and includes a luxury getting ready experience. See Wedding package for details.
Does the couple get a complimentary room the night of the wedding?
Yes, our couples will receive a complimentary King room the night of the wedding.
Who is my onsite contact the day of the wedding?
Each wedding is assigned a Banquet Captain to execute all details that have been planned by your Sales & Catering Manager. Your Banquet Captain’s main focus is floor plan set up and food & beverage operations. Your Banquet Captain will not replace a day of coordinator.
When can I start setting up my décor?
All event rooms will be made available two hours prior to the contracted start time. Linen will be dropped two hours prior to the start of cocktail reception time. If you or your vendors request an early set up, we may be able to accommodate, based on availability. A room rental fee of $250 per hour will incur.

Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.
HyRes
Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
